Lunch is our break from the monotonous day. Teachers have their time, 55 minutes of the hour. We, students, have five minutes to get from point A to point B. Officials didn't take into consideration the freshman traffic in the halls that slow you down. But, nonetheless, lunch can be considered OUR time.
Here is my argument: Why do we need to follow every school rule during lunch? For example: No cell phones. Who will it hurt if we text during lunch? We aren't under ANY instruction whatsoever. We aren't distracting anyone. We now have hats in the hallways and lunch. Why not cell phones? Should we push for this, fellow students?

Since we have two different lunch periods, people could be texting students who are still in class.
Is this one of your posts for the assignment? It doesn't sound like it and there is no picture.
